Many thanks to Lavender Lane Gifts and Tea for helping me express my appreciation to clients, prospective clients, referral partners, and to all others who support my business. Here are some of the reasons I keep doing business with Lavender Lane:
1. Creative ideas - Sometimes I have only a vague idea of what I would like to give to express appreciation to someone. I can give Susan a half-formed idea, we can have a 5-minute conversation, and she will immediately present me with several options for gifts.
2. Gifts in different price ranges - I have purchased gifts from Lavender Lane in price ranges from under $5.00 to over $60.00 per gift. Susan gives me the same time and attention for the small token under $5.00 as she does for the larger purchases. As a real estate agent, I work with clients who purchase and/or sell properties in price ranges from under $100,000 to over $1,000,000. I like to think that I give my clients the same respect and attention that Susan does.
3. Flawless execution - I work many hours, and usually work with many different transactions at the same time. When I select businesses to work with, I look for those who follow up and do what they say they are going to do.
